About

I work mostly with data in public health and clinical settings.

I’ve worked on multi-site clinical studies, cleaning and analysing patient outcomes, and building out ePROM pipelines in REDCap. Most of it is in R and Python, usually taking data that’s messy, inconsistent, or spread across systems and turning it into something researchers can actually use in a paper or a decision.

Outside of work I build projects around whatever’s caught my interest, partly curiosity, partly a way to learn something new.

Technical Skills

  • Analysis: R (tidyverse, ggplot2), Python (pandas, matplotlib), Stata
  • Data & Pipelines: SQL, REDCap (survey design, ePROM pipelines)
  • Visualisation & Reporting: Tableau, Power BI, Quarto
  • Workflow & Tooling: Git, Jupyter
